Awaken Awareness Cancellation and Refund Policies

Cancellation and Refund Policies for Awaken Awareness Pty Ltd as of November 12th 2007.


  • If the student decides not to do the training/workshop they have initially enrolled into, as long as we are informed two (2) months before the commencement of the training/workhop, then a refund of everything except the deposit (for that training) and a $100 cancellation fee, will be refunded.

  • If the student cancels their enrolment within two (2) months of the start of the training/workshop they have initially enrolled into, then no refund will be given, and their complete payment will be brought forward to the next training/workshop of their choice (within maximum 1 years or less from the date of the first payment (known as deposit)). The student may also decide to purchase product up to the value of their amount paid, less the amount of the deposit and a $100 cancellation fee.

  • If the student decides, during the hands-on training/workshop, that the training/workshop is not for them, as long as they let us personally know before the end of the training/workshop, we will refund the entire tuition fee, less the deposit. The refund of the tuition fee will only be made after the student returns the manual and any other training aid given by us at the beginning of the training/workshop. Any claims made after the completion of the event are not valid.

  • If the student doesn't show up at the training/workshop or abandons the training/workshop at any point during the training/workshop, no refund is due. The cancellation fee is in this case 100% of the paid amount. If, during the training/workshop, the student is found unfit (or disruptive) to participate in this training/workshop by a representative and/or staff member of Awaken Awareness Pty Ltd, he/she will be required to leave the training/workshop immediately. No questions or discussions will be entered into, and Awaken Awareness Pty Ltd representatives and/or staff will be the sole judge. No refunds will be given. All training/workshop material including manuals are to be handed back to us on the spot.


  • In the case of a national emergency, an Act of God, terrorism or a natural disaster, trainings dates or locations may be changed. In this case, no refund will be due. The credit may be transferred to another training/workshop or used to purchase product.
