The process is simple and anyone can do it. The important thing to know is the way you imagine doing the process, is perfect!
If you could just stop for a moment and imagine being at your favourite holiday destination. Pick one specific travel spot you really enjoy being at. Good. Now imagine you are there looking through your own eyes, seeing what you are seeing, hearing what you are hearing and feeling what it would be like to be there right… now.
Go ahead and close your eyes if that helps, then open them up when you are done.

So did you imagine correctly or incorectly? Is what you imagined write or wrong? Neither. Whatever images, sounds, feelings, tastes, smells and self talk that you just experienced was just perfect! And how you imagined what you imagined was perfect too!
As a side, just suppose we did the same process with a friend of yours. Would he or she experience the same things? Probably not. They would have a very different experience to yours, even if they did go to the same holiday destination as you did.
